All prices include standard shipping anywhere in the USA. Additional shipping fees may be added for deliveries outside of Canada and the USA or for expedited shipments.


When will my cup arrive?

Packages are sent out every day, excluding bank holidays. The processing time for your order is approximately 2-7 working days from order confirmation.


Can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email [email protected]


How can I check the status of my shipment?

You will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't receive an email, or if you misplace your tracking number, please email [email protected]


What if my package arrives damaged?

If the package or products have been damaged during transportation, make a damage report immediately in the post office. Then contact us at [email protected]

Not a cup fan? Thanks for giving the UltuCup a try. Here is what we need from you to provide a full refund:

  1. Please make sure you have tried the cup for at least three cycles. Menstrual cups can have a learning curve, so give yourself time.
  2. Reach out to the UltuCup Consumer Care Team at [email protected]
  3. Show us your receipt or proof of purchase, with the price you paid.
  4. Show us a picture of the cup cut in half. No freebies (no need to return anything)

Late / Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
